In Fashion...
To be a fashionable woman is to know yourself, know what you represent, and know what works for you. To be "in fashion" could be a disaster on 90 percent of women. You are not a page out of Vogue.
That is so true too! I see women trying to wear whatever is being sold as the fashion of the day and they look awful in it while thinking they look so up-to-date.
Great painting. I really like this one even more than many others. You did a great job on her expression.
@Johanna...this dress is usually worn by north-Indian Brides...with a "Pallu" or a veil on their heads..yes Indian dresses are very colourful and the bride is always decked with lots of jewels and rich colours..!!
Yes...freebird...what you said is correct..thanks for your comments..and I'll be posting a few more in colour..1 in a western style and another Indian.... traditional..hope you like them...
