This is a great portrait of MJ, Aarti! And I love how you made the background black so that his hair almost disappears(must be a term for that!?) Great effect!
Yes..I actually made a mix of charcoal and watercolour to complete his hair and face...not very sure of the term..somehow I feel use of black in the background actually simplifies the sketch and highlights the face.
